I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a great value for what I paid. The room I had was clean and offered a nice view over Otahuhu township, although it only had a fan, which could've been better for comfort. The location was peaceful and close to everything I needed, making it convenient for getting around. On the downside, while the staff was friendly, there were a few aspects that could be improved upon, particularly the amenities in the room.
